Terms + Conditions GALORE SERVICE Massage Therapy
Reservations in Advance
It is highly recommended that you book your experience in advance to ensure your preferred time + service is available.
Reservations Placed On Hold
As a client, upon requesting a hold on a reservation, you will have two (2) months to enjoy the service you previously made reservations for. The two (2) month period begins from the first notice of cancellation of the reservation (be that via text, call, or email). If the reservation is not experienced by the client in the first two (2) months specified, the client will lose 100% of the amount of their reservation by executing the aforementioned cancellation policy.
Age Requirement
The minimum age REQUIRED for access to Galore Service Massage services is 18 years of age, unless otherwise accompanied by a legal parent/guardian.
Exclusion Conditions
Galore Service is an experience based on relaxation + tranquility. This indicates that clients are expected to comply with the rules of use, those that refuse to cooperate may be guided to leave the facility at any unspecified time or may relinquish their rights to a service. If you have any special requirements or needs, I urge you to contact us prior to your visit or reservation to discuss arrangements/requirements. Upon booking your reservation there is a specific portion in the notes that allow for space to identify any needs prior to your visit.
1. Booking and Cancellation Policy:
- All appointments must be booked in advance either online, by phone, or in person.
- A credit card or deposit may be required to secure bookings, especially for new clients or peak hours.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
2. Health and Safety:
- Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before the session. Please inform me of any special mobility/accessibility requirements that could affect your service.
- The therapist reserves the right to refuse service to any client deemed unfit for massage therapy.
- Clients under the influence or assumed to be (with good reason), of alcohol or drugs will not be serviced + will forfeit their deposit/payment.
- Any inappropriate behavior or advances will result in immediate termination of the session, + the client will be charged in full. Further action may or may not be taken, to be determined based on circumstance + severity.
3. Confidentiality:
- All client information + sessions are confidential + will not be disclosed to any third party without explicit consent, except as required by law.
- All clients will be required to sign client waivers to make clear the information + expectation before, during, + after all reserved appointments.
4. Payment:
- Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, + some forms of electronic payments.
- Gift certificates + prepaid packages are non-refundable + have expiration dates. These are not accepted as of this current time unless otherwise discussed prior to your reservation.
5. Professionalism:
- Our therapists are trained professionals + will conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism + respect.
- Clients are expected to communicate openly + honestly about their preferences, comfort level, + any concerns during the session.
- Clients + Therapists are expected + required to be professional + respectful at all times.
- Clients MUST comply with the rules of use, being that conditions of silence, physical boundaries between client + therapist, as well as, other guidelines previously described.
6. Liability:
- Clients acknowledge that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care + should not be used as such.
- The business is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or adverse reactions that may occur during or after the massage session, unless caused by negligence on the part of the therapist.
Personal Articles
I regret to inform that I cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to any personal items while your visit with Galore Service. Please keep all valuables locked in the room with you during your session + be sure to properly scan the room prior to leaving the facility.

7. Minors:
- Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent + be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the session.
8. Feedback + Website Access/Use:
- We welcome feedback from our clients to improve our services. Please feel free to share your thoughts + suggestions with us as we highly encourage, value, + appreciate it.
- The user may access + use this website to get to know me, to contact me + to reserve or purchase products + experiences.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- The business reserves the right to update or modify these terms + conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically for changes.
10. Purpose of Contract:
This contract is designed to outline the terms + conditions governing the provision of nail + massage services by Galore Service, a spa + beauty business. The purpose of this contract is to ensure a clear understanding between Galore Service + the client regarding the services to be provided, payment terms, client expectations, + other relevant details. The contract aims to protect the rights of both parties, ensure the delivery of high-quality services, + maintain a professional + respectful relationship.
Service Provision: To define the scope of nail + massage services offered by Galore Service, including but not limited to, types of treatments, duration, + any additional offerings.
Quality Assurance: To guarantee that all services are performed by qualified + licensed professionals in a safe, hygienic, + relaxing environment, meeting industry standards.
Client Expectations: To clearly communicate the responsibilities of the client, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, adherence to spa policies, + payment for services rendered.
Payment Terms: To establish the pricing structure, payment methods, + timelines for the payment of services.
Cancellation + Refund Policy: To outline the terms for appointment cancellations, rescheduling, + the conditions under which refunds may be provided.
Confidentiality: To ensure the confidentiality of the client’s personal information + treatment details, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Liability + Waivers: To define the limitations of liability for Galore Service, + include waivers for certain risks associated with nail + massage treatments.
This contract serves as a binding agreement between Galore Service + the client, ensuring a mutual understanding of the services, terms, + conditions.
